Move from BlockSite to Toolbox
The sites on your block list. Toolbox picks them out of the text you paste and leaves the buttons, counts and icons behind.
- Open BlockSite and go to its Block sites list.
- Select the list with your mouse, or press Ctrl+A on that page, and copy it.
- In Toolbox, open Focus mode on the web, press Import, choose BlockSite and paste.
- Check the sites it found, then import.

Why paste instead of uploading a file?
BlockSite doesn't document a file export. Copying the list from its Block sites page is the quickest way across, and Toolbox picks the sites out of whatever you paste.
Is Focus mode free?
Yes. Focus mode, its schedules and strict sessions, and the import are free on every plan.
Do schedules come over?
No, only the sites. Set a schedule, the pause screen and strict sessions in Toolbox after you import.
Is Toolbox free?
Yes. Every tool works on the free plan, with a few limits. Premium removes the limits and adds features like full-page captures and cloud storage, for every tool at once. Pro adds signatures, Office conversions and bookmark cleanups on top. You only add a card if you decide to upgrade.
